This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are permitted for transactions executed via Quick Forex Limited.
1. Pre-Payment Cancellation
You may cancel a locked rate at any time before initiating payment at no cost. The lock simply expires after 10 minutes if payment is not made.
2. Post-Payment / Pre-Execution Cancellation
If you have made payment but the funds have not yet been disbursed to the beneficiary or currency has not been issued:
- You may request cancellation within 1 hour of payment by emailing support@quickforex.in with your order ID
- Cancellation is at our discretion subject to whether the transaction has entered the banking-partner pipeline
- Refund (if approved) is processed in 5–7 working days to the original payment instrument
- FX rate adjustment: if the prevailing market rate at cancellation is unfavourable to us, we deduct the rate-difference loss from the refund
- A processing fee of ₹250 (or 0.5% of the transaction, whichever is higher) is charged for accepted cancellations
3. Post-Execution — Non-Refundable
Once forex has been:
- Disbursed to the beneficiary (wire transfer / SWIFT)
- Issued as cash currency notes
- Loaded onto a forex travel card
The transaction is non-refundable. This is a regulatory requirement under RBI FEMA guidelines.
4. Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails due to:
- Beneficiary-bank rejection (incorrect IBAN/SWIFT/account)
- Compliance hold by correspondent bank
- Technical failure on our side
We will refund 100% of the transaction amount within 7 working days. Any third-party charges incurred (correspondent bank fees) may be deducted.
5. Cards & Travel Card Refunds
- Unused balance on a forex card can be encashed at the prevailing buy rate
- Card reissue charges are non-refundable
- Lost / stolen card replacement follows our card-issuer's terms
6. KYC Rejection
If your transaction is rejected post-payment due to KYC / compliance failure, the full amount is refunded to the original payment instrument within 7 working days.
7. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@quickforex.in with your order ID
- Include reason for refund and any supporting documents
- Our team responds within 24 working hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
8. Disputes
For unresolved refund disputes, escalate to our Grievance Officer at companysecretary@quickforex.in. As a final recourse, you may approach the RBI Banking Ombudsman.
Important Disclosure
Foreign exchange rates fluctuate continuously. Quick Forex Limited acts as a regulated intermediary and locks rates per market conditions at the time of booking. Cancellations involving FX-rate movements may carry market-loss adjustments per industry practice and RBI guidelines.
